Expenses
The Business Services Division develops and oversees a cost allocation model that determines how regulatory programs are assessed fees to cover their costs to the agency; and develops and maintains policies, procedures, and management practices to implement cash, purchasing, property, and inventory controls to protect the assets of the agency.

The division also oversees development and management of the agency's data processing software system.

OHLA to Close on Scheduled Furlough Days
Veterans Building
Starting Friday, October 16, 2009, OHLA will be closed on 10 "furlough" days through May 2011 as part of state government efforts to reduce costs. State employees will take unpaid days off on these scheduled days. Please plan any business with OHLA accordingly. We apologize for any inconvenience.
New Identification Requirements Revised

OHLA has revised new identification requirements in response to stakeholder feedback and upon further review by agency staff. Applicants for authorizations to practice should review the new requirements prior to sitting for an examination or applying.
