Linda Glenn
Linda Glenn
Ms. Linda Glenn has been Assistant Professor/Staff Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) with the Nurse-Midwifery/Women's Health Care Program at Oregon Health Sciences University (OHSU), School of Nursing, since 1988.  She has also had a private midwifery practice since 1990 and provided mental health counseling specializing in issues related to pregnancy, couples counseling, trauma, parenting, affective disorders and attention disorders.
 
Ms. Glenn earned a Master's of Nursing degree from OHSU, a Master's of Public Health in Maternal and Child Health from University of North Carolina, School of Public Health, a Certificate of Nurse-Midwifery from the University of Mississippi, School of Nursing, and a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing with a Minor in Psychology from Central Missouri State College, Department of Nursing.
 
"I would like to participate in improving standards for midwifery practice and the safe provision of out-of-hospital births," says Ms. Glenn.  "Part of that goal will be accomplished through improved communication among midwives, nurse midwives and medical providers."
