This course is offered by the BoatU.S. Foundation.
Once you have completed and passed the final exam, print out the Oregon Certificate of Completion. Please keep a copy for your files. Print and fully complete the Boater Education Application Form. Mail the following to the Marine Board: 1) A copy of your Certificate of Completion, 2) completed Application Form, and 3) a $10.00 check or money order. The mailing address is in the upper left hand corner of the Application Form.
After your application form has been received, your permanent Oregon Boater Education Card will be mailed to your home within 2 - 3 weeks.
