Note: This test is FREE. When you pass the test, please make sure you print the Certificate of Completion. Make sure the certificate states you passed the Oregon specific test. Once you pass the test, print out your Certificate of Completion and make a copy. To order your Boater Education Card, mail a completed Boater Education Card application (in PDF), copy of your certificate, and the $10 fee to the Marine Board.
