Your Chance to Comment on Future Boating Facilities
The Oregon State Marine Board is hosting a series of statewide meetings as it begins to build a "Six Year Plan" for future boating facilities.
The Six-Year Plan is a comprehensive study of public recreational boat access needs across the state. The plan helps the Marine Board prioritize needs for available funding. The plan will be built through a series of public meetings this summer and through surveys of users and facility providers.
A user survey form is available online at www.boatoregon.com, and forms will be accepted through Sept. 8. Surveys can be submitted online, via fax, mail or hand delivery at a scheduled public meeting. Contact Sabrina at 503-373-1405 ext. 228, or e-mail at sabrina.l.owings@state.or.us if you need additional information or a hard copy of the survey form.
