Ramps Open At Detroit Lake

Add Detroit Lake back onto your list of locations for summertime boating. Detroit Lake State Park- ramp G and the two long ramps at Mongold State Park are open.

Detroit Lake is over nine miles long with more than 32 miles of shore line. All types of water sports- fishing, boating, swimming, water skiing, and personal watercraft- happen on Detroit. May 14th is that annual Fishing Derby open to everyone. The lake is stocked with rainbow trout, kokanee, and chinook fingerlings.
