FREE VESSEL SAFETY CHECKS OFFERED BY COAST GUARD AUXILIARY

PORTLAND, Ore. - The Coast Guard Auxiliary will be offering free recreational vessel safety checks Saturday, July 8. The safety checks will take place at the M. James Gleason Boat Ramp off Marine Drive from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.
Vessel safety examiners will also be conducting safety checks from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at the Chinook Landing Boat Ramp on Saturday, July 22.
Vessel safety checks and boating safety information will be provided by the examiners on a first come-first serve basis. For information about getting a free vessel safety check contact Dick Andreason at (360)256-1812.
